Unilin Panels Doubles Master Oak Collection with Six New Designs

Unilin Panels introduces twelve stunning new designs, six new Master Oak designs and six new Supermat designs, doubling the range of its acclaimed Master Oak and elevating interior design possibilities.

Unilin Panels has announced the expansion of its celebrated Master Oak collection, adding six new colours that perfectly capture the essence of real oak. This latest expansion brings the Master Oak collection to a total of twelve designs, offering unparalleled choice and versatility for architects and designers.

In addition to the six new Master Oak decors, Unilin Panels has introduced six new Supermat designs to its collection. The new palette invites interior designers to combine the Supermat designs with the Master Oak finishes in a harmonious way.

Launched in 2022, Master Oak has quickly become a standout in the decorative panels market, renowned for its impressive realism and superior quality. Over the past two years, Master Oak has garnered numerous awards across various countries, recognised for its outstanding design and craftsmanship. The secret behind this success lies in the collection's astonishing ability to capture the natural beauty of real oak so closely that even experts find it hard to tell the difference.

A next-generation surface that redefines interiors

With the addition of six new Master Oak colours, Unilin Panels continues to push the boundaries of design innovation, offering more options to bring natural warmth and timeless elegance to any space. The new designs have been carefully crafted to enhance the authenticity and depth that Master Oak is known for, making them ideal for any interior project that demands both aesthetics and functionality.

"We are thrilled to expand the Master Oak collection after witnessing its tremendous success over the past three years," says Veronique Hoflack, President at Unilin Panels. "The incredible touch of the Master Oak surface, combined with its durability and versatility, has made it a favourite among architects and designers.
This next-generation surface has been revolutionary in the interior industry and is rapidly growing as a sustainable and superior quality alternative to solid oak and veneers."

Award-winning Master Oak now available in six new colours

The impressive realism of award-winning Master Oak is now available in six new colours. While patina natural and natural hay explore beautiful original oak tones, it is the natural copper, soft white, patina greige and green that stand out. Adding colour explorations to Master Oak, these new designs are expressive and give new depth to interiors without sacrificing authenticity. Subtle tonal hues are created in harmony with the grain – colour, pattern and texture are in perfect synchronicity.

From rough to smooth and everywhere in-between, Master Oak feels like touching the real thing. And with a uniquely matt surface with almost absent shine, it looks like it too. With more colourplay and texture depth than any other decorative wood surface, Master Oak sets the standard.

Master Oak has three-times the scratch resistance of oak veneer and a UV stable surface that doesn’t fade. The surfaces are safe from stains and simple to clean to enhance their longevity. Heat and impact-resistant, Master Oak is a faultless performer that bring interiors a durable, low maintenance finish.

Introducing six new Supermat Designs: a new dimension of sophistication

In addition to the new Master Oak colours, the soft touch of Supermat is now ready to heighten sensory experiences in six new colours, providing a modern twist that complements the classic appeal of oak. In Stone, Taupe, Fresco, Conifer, Mahogany and Night; the new Supermat options explore rich and warm hues to enrich interiors. The purist colours combine with a soft and warm touch for a surface that invites a tactile connection beyond the ordinary and one that’s kept clear with Supermat’s anti-fingerprint technology.

Together, these twelve new designs elevate the Master Oak collection, blending seamlessly with the top-performing designs already beloved by customers.

Discover the perfect material for every project

Every interior project begins with the careful selection of materials that meet both functional needs and aesthetic aspirations. With the expanded Master Oak collection, Unilin Panels offers a selection that not only feels natural and timeless but also redefines functionality through cutting-edge wood technology. This collection is crafted to reinforce the vision of designers, providing materials that are durable, versatile and inspirational. The expanded Master Oak collection invites designers to bring their unique signature to each and every space they create.

A wood revolution

Master Oak is available in MDF and melamine-faced chipboard panels. For the chipboard, 95% recycled wood is used, offering a more sustainable alternative to oak and oak veneer. By taking old furniture and wood waste and turning it into chipboards, Unilin Panels uses less new materials and gives old wood a new life as Master Oak panels. By making chipboards in this way, Unilin Panels processes more than 900,000 tonnes of recycled wood every year

Supermat comes in melamine-faced MDF and here Unilin is making a move towards more sustainable production with the development of the world’s first MDF recycling technology. Recovering and reusing wood fibres, by 2030 Unilin Panels will use an MDF wood mix containing 25% recycled fibres. This will lock-in an extra 380,000 tonnes of CO2 each year.

Also available as HPL sheets and edge tape, the Master Oak and Supermat updates to the Decorative Range 2022-2026 are ready for your next project.
